SOLO AND ENSEMBLE
Scott County Solo & Ensemble will be on March 7th, 2024 at Scott High School in Huntsville, TN Registration for all entries should be completed by March 1st. School fee for 2024 is $10 and the student fee is $3 per student per performance. Students are limited to two performances each. Video submissions will be accepted. Video submissions are due by 11:30 PM on March 7th. They will be judged by March 12th. After registering, you will be sent a Dropbox link for your video submissions

Composition Contest
Compositions for the 2024 contest can be submitted electronically or presented in-person at the Solo & Ensemble Festival on March 7th, 2024 at Scott High School in Huntsville, TN. Registration fee for this event is $3.00 per submission. Registration should be completed by March 1st. If you are submitting electronically, you will be sent a Dropbox link to upload your files. Students should write a minimum of 16 measures of instrumental music (no vocal pieces accepted). Performance of the piece is encouraged but not required. Pieces can be computer notated or neatly handwritten. Traditional notation is required for the piece to be judged. Students are limited to one composition entry each. Pieces that meet the contest requirements will be awarded a medal or medal with distinction. A Judge's Choice medal will be awarded to one composition.
